  • Pregnancy Massage

    Pregnancy is a very special time - one with massive changes. Although these changes are exciting and joyful, they can also bring with them many physical discomforts and emotional ups and downs.

    My massage will not only provide you with deep relaxation but, I will also apply specific pregnancy assessment and massage techniques to target body imbalances and areas of discomfort.

    Pregnancy discomforts may include:

    • Pelvic Girdle pain.

    • Lower back and hip pain.

    • Restless leg syndrome, leg and calf cramping, oedema and swelling.

    • Carpal tunnel syndrome.

    • Shoulder and neck pain.

    • Rib and respiratory releases to ease shortness of breath.

    • Abdominal massage to support diastasis recti and digestive system changes.

    I will hold space for you to experience a beautiful mother-baby connection. While supporting your nervous system through breathing techniques and the power of loving touch. This can have a positive effect on mum feeling more in-tune with her body and baby before birth as well as improving her quality of sleep and hormonal balance.

  • Postpartum Massage

    Fourth trimester Massage - rebalancing, reconnecting, reenergizing!

    Massage that supports recovery and healing of mother’s body - no matter what type of birth she had. By giving mum time to reconnect into to her body she can express any emotions that may arise from her birth experience as well as give thanks to her body for all it has and is continuing to provide.

    It is normal for mothers to feel open and ‘spacey’ after having a baby. We use specific techniques to assist the body as it goes through this time of enormous change.

    Massage will aid:

    • Pelvic alignment and balance easing ligament and joint pain.

    • Neck pain and tension headaches (can be caused by postural habits whilst feeding baby).

    • Carpal tunnel syndrome.

    • Abdominal healing including caesarean section scar massage.   

    • Constipation.

    • Breastfeeding challenges.

    • Feeling of exhaustion and emotional adjustments.
